For the ones left behind after suicide.
The Elle Fisher Foundation is raising funds to build Samsāra Sanctuary — a healing home for suicide-loss survivors.
Crisis care exists. Therapy exists. Support groups exist. But for many survivors, there is still no place to go when the funeral ends, the messages stop, and the world expects them to keep going.
We are building that place.
Elle Fisher Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN: 32-0847572. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

What we know
1
Support ends too soon
Most support fades after the immediate crisis. Suicide-loss survivors often need care for months and years.
2
Not everyone
is ready to talk
Some survivors need rest before words.
3
Cost blocks recovery
Long-term grief support, therapy, travel, and time away from work are often out of reach.

In her words

I know what it means to search for a place that does not exist.
After a suicide loss, people often tell you to keep going. They mean well. But sometimes what you need is not advice. It is not another appointment. It is not another person asking if you are okay.
Sometimes you need a door to open.
You need a quiet room.
You need someone to sit beside you without asking you to explain the pain.
Samsāra Sanctuary is being built from that need. It is the place I searched for, but couldn´t find.

What your gift builds
Every gift moves Samsāra Sanctuary from vision to reality:
Property acquisition and development. Renovation and sanctuary design. Guest rooms and shared spaces. Meals, care, and daily support. Staffing, training, and safety planning. Sponsored stays for survivors who could not otherwise reach this level of care.

Architectural rendering — this space does not yet exist.
Stay close to this work.
For those who understand what is being built and want to be part of its early formation.
We will reach out directly as select opportunities to support and shape the foundation become available.
