This website is provided for informational, educational, and charitable purposes related to the work of the Elle Fisher Foundation and its initiatives, including Samsāra Sanctuary.
Nothing on this site constitutes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
No professional relationship
Your use of this website, including submitting forms or contacting us, does not create a therapeutic relationship, a medical or clinical relationship, or a legal or advisory relationship.
Samsāra Sanctuary is a rest-based refuge, not a medical or clinical service.
Eligibility and age requirement
Elle Fisher Foundation and Samsāra Sanctuary welcome and serve people of all ages, without discrimination.
However, to submit a donation, complete a contact or inquiry form, or otherwise enter into any transaction through this website, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under this age, a parent or legal guardian may submit information or donations on your behalf.
This age requirement applies only to interacting with the website's forms and transactions — it does not limit who EFF or Samsāra Sanctuary serve through their programs.
Use of this website
You agree not to use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes, attempt to interfere with the website's operation, submit false, misleading, or abusive information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.

Guest stories and testimonials
From time to time, Elle Fisher Foundation or Samsāra Sanctuary may share guest stories, testimonials, or quotes as part of our communications and fundraising efforts. We only do so with the explicit, informed consent of the individual involved, obtained separately at the time of sharing. No guest, donor, or program participant's story, likeness, or quote is used without that direct consent.
Donations
The Elle Fisher Foundation is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
All donations are voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, non-refundable. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By donating, you confirm that the funds are yours to give, that you are not violating any laws or regulations, and that you understand donations support the Foundation's mission broadly unless otherwise specified.
Donor transparency
The Elle Fisher Foundation is committed to responsible stewardship of all contributions.
Donations support the development and operation of Samsāra Sanctuary, program delivery and guest support, and organizational infrastructure and sustainability.
While we strive to direct funds efficiently toward mission impact, donations are not restricted to a specific use unless explicitly stated.
Non-discrimination
The Elle Fisher Foundation provides access to its programs and services without discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
We are committed to creating an environment of dignity, respect, and safety for all.
Faith-based nature of services
Samsāra Sanctuary is a faith-led refuge.
Participation in faith-related activities is entirely voluntary. No services are contingent upon religious participation. Individuals of all beliefs are welcomed and respected.
This is a place of rest, not obligation.
No medical or clinical services
The Elle Fisher Foundation and Samsāra Sanctuary do not provide medical care, psychiatric treatment, clinical therapy, or crisis intervention services.
Guests are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals for medical or mental health needs. (See also: Crisis Resources page.)
