A rest-first house,
not a treatment program
Samsāra Sanctuary Phase One will be a non-clinical residential home in rural Utah for suicide loss survivors and families of attempt survivors. Twelve beds. Rolling arrivals. No set length of stay.
Guests will receive meals, sleep, laundry, time in nature, and the company of others who share this particular loss. That is the whole of it, by design.

What we will not do
We will not provide therapy, diagnosis, clinical intervention, or crisis stabilization. We will not ask your client to process their loss on our schedule. The clinical work remains yours.

Why rest belongs before the work
Many survivors arrive at sessions too depleted to use them. Suicide grief keeps the nervous system on watch, and it is difficult to reach someone who has not slept properly in months or who spends every waking hour managing a household and other people's reactions.
A stay removes that load for a while. The intention is simple: that your client comes back to your office with more of themselves available for the work only you can do.

How referrals will work
REFERRAL.
You will be able to refer a client directly, or they can self-refer and name you as their treating provider.
ARRIVAL.
With your client's consent, you will know when they arrive and how they are settling.
READINESS.
Stays have no fixed length. When it is time to think about going home, that conversation will include your client, our founder, and you, if your client wishes.
RETURN.
With consent, we will hand your client back to you with a short note on their stay, so the rest they found does not end at the driveway.

Samsāra Sanctuary is in development and not yet accepting referrals. Phase One, a rest-first home in rural Utah, is where the first stays will begin.
